PFA invites you to the Melbourne Site Visit and New Year Networking kindly hosted by CDC Property Consultancy​, with the site tour led by ISPT​.


The event will commence at 4.45 pm with a site visit of Casselden at Spring Place by ISPT, which integrates a series of three buildings: 2 Lonsdale Street (Casselden), 50 Lonsdale Street and 271 Spring Street.


The tour will take you through primarily the Casselden foyer redevelopment which has created a renewed ground floor experience. The lobby transformation integrates the entire ground floor plane and introduces new third spaces, including an urban oasis with an executive lounge, town hall, and pocket park, seamlessly blending natural elements with curated art and vibrant greenery.


There will be an opportunity to see the repositioning and refurbishment of the Podium at 50 Lonsdale Street into small suite office tenancies.


After the tour, join us for Networking at Town Hall on the Ground Floor of Casselden, starting at 5:45 pm. As part of the event, Little Lon Gin Distillery will offer tastings and share the story behind their distillery.
